About Us
New Edge Records is a Sub chapter S corporation. New
Edger is incorporated in Nevada and filed as a Foreign Corporation in
California. New Edge Records has been formally Incorporated since 2003 and
is a child company of K2 Associates Incorporated which provides consulting
services to the Semiconductor industry. K2 Associates Incorporated has
been incorporated since 1998 and is incorporated in Nevada, California, Oregon,
and Washington.
New Edge Records Incorporate is currently undergoing the copyright procedures
and has filed with the United States Office of Patients and Copyrights for the
name "New Edge Records" with copyright pending in May of 2005. New Edge
Records Incorporated is protected by all the Copyright laws of the United States
Of America and the United States Office of Patients and Copyrights.
History
New Edge Records was conceived on September 28, 1998 by the
President and CEO of K2 Associates Inc. The initial company logo Has been
a picture of the White Cliffs of Dover as shown below. Currently, New Edge
Records is in the process of designing a new logo. The concept of New Edge
Records was to form a corporation that could aid and assist the unsigned artist
in protecting their copyrights, and provide an experience for self promotion and
production.
Future Goals
